Even though we’d love to ship everything free, there are some exclusions for some heavy and oversize products. Still, all products can be delivered right to your door completely hassle-free. Placing a last-minute order and need it tomorrow? We’ve got your back with a reasonably priced next-day shipping option.

  • To get Free Shipping: Choose "Standard Ground" as delivery method in Secure Checkout.
  • Orders starting at $0 can qualify for free ground shipping.
  • Very large and oversized packages such as PA and guitar cabinets which are required to ship via freight may require additional shipping charges; see product description page or shopping cart for specifics.
  • Valid only on shipments to lower 48 US states.
  • Free shipping to APO/FPO addresses limited to 70 lb. per box and is subject to the same restrictions as domestic deliveries.
  • Lighter weight items may be shipped via USPS and may not contain a tracking number.
  • Verified credit card orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive in just 3-5 business days. No standard delivery on weekends (for Saturday delivery, see below). Expedited/air shipping requires additional fees (outlined below).

    Verified orders** for in-stock items ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Eastern Time will ship no later than the following business day. InStock orders are ship from our distribution center to ensure fast delivery. Our team of service professionals work 24/7 to ensure that your order is accurate and on time. However, as a security precaution, some orders may require extended verification.

  • Flat-Rate Express Ground 3-5 Day Shipping: For only $4.95, choose the Express Ground Shipping option and get your gear in 3-5 days. Additional charges apply on heavy, oversized packages as well as those exceeding 70 lb.
  • Expedited shipping rates are determined by weight and zone. To see shipping estimates, add product(s) to shopping cart, enter your zip code, then select the shipping method you prefer from the pop-down menu below Product Subtotal
  • Large packages may require additional shipping charges. See product description page or shopping cart.

    • All delivery times are measured in business days. Saturday delivery is available for a $30 fee in addition to the One-Day rate calculated on the weight of the order. The Saturday delivery option is limited to areas where UPS provides this service and excludes heavy items. In addition, orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 12 p.m. Eastern Time on the preceding Friday. If you require Saturday delivery, please place your order by phone.

    Shipping Policies

    To make sure you get your order as quickly as possible, it may arrive in multiple boxes over multiple days, but you will not be charged more for shipping as a result.

  • We do not ship outside the United States except Canada & Puerto Rico.
  • If in-stock items on the order have already shipped, back order items will be sent UPS Ground.
  • Lighter weight items may be shipped via USPS and may not contain a tracking number. (This applies to Free Ground Shipping only)
  • Orders shipping outside the Lower 48 States to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via air services.

    • We collect no sales tax (except in California). Get details about our No Sales Tax Collected Policy.

    * Due to additional processing time, institutional orders and orders placed using purchase orders are excluded from our Shipping Guarantee.

    ** All orders are subject to a 24-hour delay while we verify your billing information with your credit card issuer. This may be necessary to protect you from credit card fraud and identity theft.
