Developed with the novice player in mind, the ZO Academy Clarinet produces a warm, centered sound. A meticulously designed barrel and bore shape allow for excellent intonation and a crisp response. In particular, the difficult ‘throat’ register is easier than on most comparable clarinets. The Academy is well-balanced, with ergonomically designed keywork and an adjustable thumb rest, making the ZO Clarinet comfortable to play for even the youngest clarinetists.
